Pick a plan in the app. Apple confirms the price and whether your account is eligible, and nothing is charged today.
Day 5
A friendly heads up
With notifications on, Snootly reminds you two days before your free week ends.
Day 6
Last call to cancel
To avoid a charge, cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Day 8
Your plan begins
Otherwise your chosen plan starts and renews automatically, until you cancel.

Is there a free version of Snootly?
No. Snootly is a paid membership, Snootly Pro, and every plan unlocks the whole app. Eligible Apple Accounts can try it free for 7 days first.
How does the free trial work?
Eligible Apple Accounts get a 7-day free trial of Snootly Pro. It is available once per Apple Account, not once per plan. When the trial ends, the plan you chose starts and renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Which plan should I choose?
They all unlock exactly the same app. Weekly suits a short stretch, monthly is flexible, and yearly is billed as one payment that works out about 25% cheaper than twelve monthly payments.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open your Apple Account subscription settings on your iPhone and choose Snootly. You can cancel or switch plans there at any time. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Do my family and dog sitter need to pay too?
Anyone who uses the app needs their own membership, including caregivers you invite. Sharing a dog shares the care history, not the subscription.
Are there limits on the AI features?
Yes. Snootly Agent and the other AI features have usage limits, and their answers can be wrong. They do not replace advice from your vet.
If I delete my account, does my subscription stop?
No. Apple manages the payment, so deleting your Snootly account does not cancel it. Cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings to stop payments. We remind you of this on the account deletion screen.

The prices on this page are UK prices. Prices vary by country, and Apple shows your local price and confirms trial eligibility before you buy.
