What is Snootly?

Snootly is an iPhone app for everyday dog care. It brings daily logs, GPS walks, training, health records, food guides, reminders and shared care into one place. Each dog has their own profile and history, so you can see what happened today and look back over time.

How can I get Snootly? Is it on Android?

Snootly is an iPhone app, and it is on its way to the App Store. Leave your email on this website to stay in the loop and we will tell you the day it lands. There is no Android version at present.

How much does Snootly cost?

Snootly Pro is a paid membership. The UK plans are £3.99 a week, £9.99 a month or £89.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible Apple Accounts. Every plan includes the same features for all dogs on your account. Prices and trial eligibility are confirmed by Apple before purchase. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled, and AI features have usage limits.

Can my family or dog walker help keep the care log?

Yes. Invite family, sitters or walkers as caregivers for your dog so they can see and contribute to the same care history. A logged meal or walk can help the next person understand what has already happened. Each caregiver uses their own account and needs their own membership; sharing a dog does not share a subscription.

What does the Day Ring show?

The Day Ring shows the care and activity you have logged. Walks, meals, toilet stops and play contribute to Daily basics. These also count toward All activity, alongside care and Moment photos. It is a view of the recorded day, so an unlogged activity will not appear in the ring. You do not need to share a photo publicly for it to count.

What does Snootly record on a walk?

Start a GPS walk to record the route, distance, time and pace. The saved walk becomes part of your dog's history. If the connection drops, the walk is saved on your phone and uploads when Snootly is open with a connection. Snootly uses your phone to track the walk, so you do not need a separate collar tracker.

What kind of dog training is included?

Snootly includes individual skills, session logs, a clicker and whistle, and 26 guided programs with four or five chapters each. Topics include puppy foundations, everyday manners, calm alone time, cafe visits, walks and recall, city confidence, travel, vet and groomer visits, and tricks and enrichment.

What can Snootly Agent help with?

Snootly Agent provides AI assistance through text, photos and voice for questions about life with your dog. It can help you explore routines, training and everyday care, with usage limits. Its answers can be wrong and do not replace a vet's diagnosis or treatment. Contact your vet directly if you think your dog is ill or has eaten something harmful.
